On the afternoon of January 8, Lin Pengcheng, deputy director of the Provincial Government’s Guangzhou Office, went to Zhongshan to inspect Guangdong CORSTAR Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., a specialized and innovative enterprise in Guangdong Province, and held discussions with Chairman Zhang Yuanjiang to learn about the company’s development, listen to the company’s needs, and provide services to the company to solve problems.
Guangdong CORSTAR Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2007. It is a comprehensive domestic and foreign well-known brand enterprise integrating R&D, design and manufacturing of plastic blown film machinery and equipment. Its products are widely used in food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, chemical packaging, sanitary materials packaging, building materials packaging, industrial packaging, waterproofing industry and other fields.
After listening to the introduction, Lin Pengcheng said that CORSTAR has been deeply engaged in plastic blown film machinery and equipment for 17 years. From scratch to now occupying 30% of the national market share, it relies on dedicated research and development and sensitive grasp of the market. Sichuan is one of the few provinces in the country that has all major industrial categories and manufacturing categories. The industrial chain is complete and the industrial foundation is solid. At present, the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle and the new round of western development are superimposed in Sichuan. The channel capacity of China-Europe Express and Western International Aviation Hub is constantly expanding. The food, medicine, beauty and other related industries are increasing in both quantity and quality. There is a great demand for plastic blown film machines. It is hoped that CORSTAR will pay attention to investment and development opportunities in Sichuan while developing the southwest market and come to Sichuan to build a production base.
During the period, Lin Pengcheng attended the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Sichuan Suining Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province and delivered a speech. He encouraged Suining businessmen in Guangdong to develop in groups, continue to care about and support Sichuan with hometown feelings as the bond, and contribute more to promoting cooperation between Sichuan and Guangdong.
